At Road-Pad, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a clear, fair, and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, returned products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags

  • Not fall under excluded categories (see Non-Returnable Items)

No restocking fees are charged.

2. Return Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, return shipping is free.

Change of Mind:
If the item is no longer needed, or the wrong size/color was chosen, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@road-pad.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Repack the Item: Use the original packaging and include all accessories/manuals.

  3. Ship: Follow the return authorization instructions we provide. You may use the recommended carrier or your preferred option.

4. Refunds

After we receive your returned item, it undergoes a standard inspection to verify:

  • Condition of the product

  • Completeness of packaging/accessories

  • Compliance with return eligibility criteria

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are initiated within up to 7 business days after inspection.

  • Your bank, card issuer, or payment processor may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different color, size, or product, contact us at support@road-pad.com and we’ll arrange a fast exchange. Exchange availability depends on stock.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, some items cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
